How to redeem your STARZPLAY code
It takes about a minute. You need the code from your order, in My Account › Orders.
On the web New account
- Open starzplay.com/landing/voucher.
- Sign up for a STARZPLAY account, or log in if you already have one.
- Enter the voucher code.
Existing account Web or app
- Sign in to STARZPLAY.
- Open Settings and go to Payment.
- Choose the voucher option and enter the code.

What happens when my STARZPLAY voucher runs out?
A voucher covers a fixed period. To keep watching after it ends, add a new voucher or valid payment details in Settings.
Where do I enter a voucher if I already have an account?
Sign in, open Settings, go to Payment, choose the voucher option and enter the code.
Can I watch STARZPLAY while traveling?
Only inside the countries where STARZPLAY operates. The catalog can differ between those countries.
How many devices can I use?
STARZPLAY limits how many devices can stream at the same time. If you see a Too Many Streams message, stop playback on another device.
Does STARZPLAY stream in 4K?
It streams in Full HD (1080p) on supported devices, with a selection of titles in 4K on certain devices.
How quickly will I get the code?
Most orders are in your account within 10 minutes. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer. The code is also saved in My Account › Orders.
What if the code doesn't work?
First check that you entered the code exactly as it appears in your account. If it is and the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
