You need the code from your order email.

On the web New account

  1. Open starzplay.com/landing/voucher.
  2. Sign up with a username and password.
  3. Enter the voucher code and click CONTINUE.
  4. Your subscription starts right away.

Existing account Web or app

  1. Sign in to STARZPLAY.
  2. Go to Settings > Manage Subscription.
  3. Select STARZPLAY Voucher and enter the voucher code.
  4. Click CONTINUE. The subscription starts right away.

What happens when my STARZPLAY voucher runs out?

STARZPLAY deactivates the service when the voucher expires. To keep watching, enter a new voucher code or add payment details. If a payment method was entered on the account before, STARZPLAY says that method will be charged.

Where do I enter a voucher if I already have an account?

Sign in, go to Settings > Manage Subscription, select STARZPLAY Voucher, enter the code and click CONTINUE.

Can I watch STARZPLAY while traveling?

Only inside the 19 MENA countries where STARZPLAY operates. The catalog can differ between those countries.

How many devices can I use?

Up to 10 devices can be registered, and 2 can stream at the same time. You can remove or replace one device every 30 days.

Does STARZPLAY stream in 4K?

It streams in Full HD (1080p) on supported devices, with a selection of titles in 4K on certain devices.

What if the code doesn't work?

Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
