beIN CONNECT questions
Has beIN CONNECT been replaced by TOD?
Not fully. TOD by beIN is a separate beIN streaming service with its own plans and vouchers. beIN CONNECT still runs as a separate site and app, and beIN's help pages still link to its voucher page. A beIN CONNECT code is redeemed on connect.bein.com, not on tod.tv.
Can I redeem a beIN CONNECT voucher in the TOD app?
No official source says so. beIN CONNECT codes go to connect.bein.com/redeem/voucher. TOD codes go to the Plans page on tod.tv.
How many devices can I register?
beIN's FAQ says up to 3 devices. To add a new one, remove an existing device in your account settings.
Can I watch on my TV?
Yes, by casting. beIN CONNECT supports Chromecast from iOS and Android devices and AirPlay to Apple TV from iOS devices.
What quality are the live channels?
beIN says channels stream in full HD. Actual quality depends on your internet speed and your device.
How quickly will I get the code?
Most orders are in your account within 10 minutes. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer. The code is also saved in My Account › Orders.
What if the code doesn't work?
First check that you entered the code exactly as it appears in your account and that you are in a country where beIN CONNECT is available. If the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
