- Open connect.bein.com/redeem/voucher.
- Enter the voucher code.
- Create and verify your beIN CONNECT account, or sign in.
- Watch on the website or in the beIN CONNECT (MENA) app.
beIN CONNECT questions
Has beIN CONNECT been replaced by TOD?
Not fully. TOD, now called TOD by beIN, launched in 2022 and is beIN's main streaming service for MENA. beIN CONNECT still runs as a separate site and app, and beIN's help pages still link to its voucher page. A beIN CONNECT code is redeemed on connect.bein.com, not on tod.tv.
Can I redeem a beIN CONNECT voucher in the TOD app?
No official source says so. beIN CONNECT codes go to connect.bein.com/redeem/voucher. TOD codes go to the Plans page on tod.tv.
How many devices can I register?
beIN's FAQ says up to 3 devices. To add a new one, remove an existing device in your account settings.
Can I watch on my TV?
Yes, by casting. beIN CONNECT supports Chromecast from iOS and Android devices and AirPlay to Apple TV from iOS devices.
What quality are the live channels?
beIN says channels stream in full HD. Actual quality depends on your internet speed and your device.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
