How to redeem your VALORANT code
It takes about a minute. You need the code from your order, in My Account › Orders.
In the VALORANT client PC
- Log in to the VALORANT client on PC.
- Click the VALORANT icon next to your VP balance in the upper right corner.
- Select Prepaid Cards & Codes and type the code exactly as it appears.
- Tick the consent box if your region shows one, then click Submit.
In a web browser Riot Code Redemption page
- Go to shop.riotgames.com/redeem, type the code exactly as shown with no spaces, and select Redeem Code.
- Log in to the Riot account that should receive the currency if you are asked to.
- Select the game to add the currency to. A gray game title means this account has not played that game yet.
- Check the current balance and the amount to be added on the summary page, then select Redeem Code.

VALORANT questions
Does the VALORANT code expire?
Riot states that cash codes never expire. Riot does not list an expiry for VP once added.
Can I use a USA card on an EU or MENA account?
No. Riot cash codes only work in the region they were bought for. A USA card works on NA accounts only.
Which accounts can use the MENA 950 VP code?
Only VALORANT accounts whose Region of Residence is in the MENA region. Check your region on your Riot account before redeeming.
What does "This Code is Not Valid in Your Region" mean?
The code was issued for a different region or currency than your account. It has to be used on an account in the region it was issued for.
Can I redeem it on console?
Riot says cash codes are redeemed in the PC versions of its games. Riot points console players to the web Code Redemption page, but it does not spell out which console balances this covers.
Can I split the VP between two accounts?
No. A code is used once, on one account, and the full value is added at once.
How quickly will I get the code?
Most orders are in your account within 10 minutes. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer. The code is also saved in My Account › Orders.
What if the code doesn't work?
First check that your Riot account is set to the United States. If it is and the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
