Roblox questions
Can I redeem a card from another country?
Yes. Roblox codes can be redeemed worldwide. A currency card converts to your account's local currency when you redeem it.
Can I redeem in the Roblox app or on my console?
No, except on Samsung Galaxy devices. Use a web browser at roblox.com/redeem. The Robux you get can then be used on any device.
What is the difference between Roblox Credit and Robux?
Credit is money on your account that you can spend on Robux or Roblox Plus in a web browser. Robux is the currency you spend on items and in experiences.
Can I combine Credit with a card or PayPal?
No. You cannot split one purchase between Roblox Credit and another payment method, so choose a package your Credit fully covers.
The code shows an error. What should I check?
Some characters look alike. Try 0 for O, 1 for I, 2 for Z, 5 for S, 6 for G or Q, and 8 for B. If it still fails, contact Roblox Support.
How quickly will I get the code?
Most orders are in your account within 10 minutes. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer. The code is also saved in My Account › Orders.
What if the code doesn't work?
First check that you entered the code and your player or account ID exactly as they appear. If it is and the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
