You need the code from your order email.
In a web browser Web
- Go to roblox.com/redeem.
- Log in to your Roblox account.
- Enter your code in the text box and click Redeem.
- A message confirms the Credit or Robux was added to your account.

- Open the Roblox app on your Samsung device.
- Go to the More page and tap the Redeem tile.
- Enter your code. A message confirms it was added.
Spend Roblox Credit Web
- In a web browser, log in to roblox.com and open the Robux page.
- Choose a Robux package or Premium.
- Select Roblox Credit as the payment method and confirm.

Yes. Roblox codes can be redeemed worldwide. A currency card converts to your account's local currency when you redeem it.
Can I redeem in the Roblox app or on my console?

What is the difference between Roblox Credit and Robux?

The code shows an error. What should I check?
Some characters look alike. Try 0 for O, 1 for I, 2 for Z, 5 for S, 6 for G or Q, and 8 for B. If it still fails, contact Roblox Support.
