Mobily Android customers can buy apps on Google Play and have the cost deducted from their prepaid balance.
How to redeem your Mobily code
It takes about a minute. You need the code from your order, in My Account › Orders.
From your phone's dialer USSD code
- On your Mobily prepaid line, dial *1400*, then enter the Recharge Card Number followed by # (for example *1400*1234xxxxxxxxx#).
- Press dial.
- Check your balance by dialing *1411*1# or by sending 1 by SMS to 1411.
By phone call Voice recharge
- From a line on another operator, call 0560101100.
- Follow the instructions to recharge your line.
In the Mobily App App
- Mobily lists the Mobily App (Android and iOS) as a way to redeem a recharge voucher.

Yes. New Mobily recharge cards have prices imprinted, inclusive of 15% VAT, and the VAT is collected during the recharge process.
Will I pay VAT again when I subscribe to a prepaid bundle with my balance?
No. Mobily says VAT is not applied to prepaid bundle subscriptions or to calls, SMS and internet use, because it was already applied during the credit recharge process.
How do I check my Mobily balance after recharging?
Dial *1411*1# on your Mobily line. You can also send 1 by SMS to 1411.
Can I recharge a Mobily line from a phone on another network?
Yes. Call 0560101100 from the other operator's line and follow the instructions.
How quickly will I get the code?
Most orders are in your account within 10 minutes. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer. The code is also saved in My Account › Orders.
What if the code doesn't work?
First check that you are recharging a Mobily prepaid line in Saudi Arabia and that you dialed *1400*, then the full card number, then #. If the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
