How to redeem your Microsoft 365 code
It takes about a minute. You need the code from your order, in My Account › Orders.
Microsoft 365 Business, new subscription Web
- Go to microsoft365.com/setupbusiness, enter the product key and select Next.
- Enter your name, work email address, business phone number, company name and country/region, then select Next.
- Enter a phone number to get a text or call that verifies your identity.
- Choose a domain option and finish in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Microsoft 365 Business, extend an existing subscription Admin center
- In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Billing > Your products and select the subscription.
- Under Subscription and payment settings, select Extend end date.
- Select Use a new and unused product key, then Next.
- Enter the key, select Next, review the order and select Redeem.

Can I add several keys to the same account?
Yes. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, a new key for the same plan can extend the end date or add more licenses.
How many devices can I use?
On business plans with desktop apps, each user can install them on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets and 5 phones.
How quickly will I get the code?
Most orders are in your account within 10 minutes. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer. The code is also saved in My Account › Orders.
What if the code doesn't work?
First check that your Microsoft account is set to the United States. If it is and the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
