Hulu questions
Does the Hulu code expire?
Hulu's gift subscription terms say the cards do not expire unless otherwise stated. After redemption, any remaining credit is forfeited if you cancel your Hulu subscription.
Can I add it to my current Hulu plan?
Yes, if Hulu bills you directly. Redeem it at hulu.com/gift or from your Account page. Hulu says subscribers billed by a third party other than Amazon or Roku cannot apply gift cards for now.
Does it cover premium add-ons?
Not all of them. Hulu's terms exclude certain premium network add-ons from the credit, and Hulu asks for a US payment method to buy them.
What happens to leftover credit if I cancel?
It is forfeited. Hulu's terms say unused gift credit is lost when you cancel your subscription, so use it up first.
What happens when the credit runs out?
Unless you have added a payment method, your account cancels once the credit is used. Add a card before or after that point to keep watching.
Can I move the credit to another account?
No. Once redeemed, access cannot be transferred to another person or another Hulu account.
How quickly will I get the code?
Most orders are in your account within 10 minutes. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer. The code is also saved in My Account › Orders.
What if the code doesn't work?
First check that your Hulu account is set to the United States. If it is and the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
