Paramount+ questions
Does the Paramount+ code expire?
Paramount+'s gift card terms say unredeemed gift cards do not expire and have no fees unless otherwise stated. Redeemed credit stays on the account even if you cancel, but is lost if the account is deleted.
I pay through Apple, Google, Roku or Amazon. Can I use a card?
Not on that subscription. The credit only pays for subscriptions bought on paramountplus.com. Paramount+ points you to its Help Center page on gift cards for moving from a partner.
Will I still get a free trial?
No. A subscription bought at the same time as redeeming a card is not eligible for a free trial or promotional offer.
What happens to leftover credit if I cancel?
It stays on the account and is used when you subscribe again on the website. Deleting the account forfeits it.
Can I redeem more than one card?
Yes. Without an active subscription you can redeem one card when you sign up; more cards can be added later from your Account.
How do I check my remaining credit?
It shows in your Account while the subscription is active. Once the subscription ends you can't see it there, so note it or ask Paramount+ support.
How quickly will I get the code?
Most orders are in your account within 10 minutes. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer. The code is also saved in My Account › Orders.
What if the code doesn't work?
First check that your Paramount+ account is set to the United States. If it is and the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
