How to redeem your Fandango code
It takes about a minute. You need the code from your order email.

- Sign in at athome.fandango.com, or select Create an Account.
- Open the Hi, [your name] menu and select Account, then Payment Methods.
- Select Add new Fandango streaming gift card.
- Enter the card number, PIN and billing zip code, then select Save.

Fandango questions
Does the Fandango code expire?
Fandango says its streaming gift cards never expire and carry no fees. The exception is Vudu cards issued by Walmart before September 1, 2020, which can no longer be redeemed.
Is Vudu still around?
The service is now called Fandango. Vudu became Fandango at Home in 2024 and has since been renamed Fandango. Vudu gift cards are still accepted at athome.fandango.com and in the Fandango app.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a stored balance for buying or renting individual movies and TV shows. Nothing renews.
How many gift cards can I add?
Up to three at a time. You can remove a card from your account at any time.
What if a purchase costs more than my balance?
The saved gift card is used first until it is empty. A credit card pays the rest.
How do I check my balance?
Go to Account > Payment Methods and select Check Balance under the card number.
How quickly will I get the code?
Most orders are ready within 10 minutes: the code is in My Account › Orders and we email you when it is there. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer.
What if the code doesn't work?
First check that your Fandango account is set to the United States. If it is and the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
