A Yalla Ludo gift card PIN code with a US dollar value, for either Diamonds or Gold. You redeem it on Yalla Pay (yallapay.live), Yalla's official recharge site, by entering your Yalla Ludo User ID and the PIN code.
Step by step
You need the code from your order email.
On Yalla Pay Web
- Go to yallapay.live, log in and choose Yalla Ludo.
- Enter your User ID and confirm it is the right account.
- Choose Gift Card, select the item type (Diamonds or Golds) and the amount that matches your card, then enter the PIN code.
- Confirm. The Diamonds or Gold are sent to your account, usually within minutes and at most within 24 hours.
Find your User ID In app
- Open Yalla Ludo and tap your profile picture.
- Copy the ID number shown on your profile.
- Paste it on Yalla Pay when asked for your User ID.

Why did my gift card fail on Yalla Pay?
Yalla gives three reasons: the PIN code was typed wrong, the item type or amount you picked does not match the card's value, or the PIN code was already redeemed. Pick the item and amount that match your card and try again.
What is the difference between a Diamonds card and a Gold card?
They are separate cards. A Diamonds card can only be redeemed for Diamonds, and a Gold card only for Gold, in the amount that matches the card's value.
Where can I see my redemption?
On Yalla Pay, open My Account and then Transaction Record. Yalla Pay keeps records only while you are logged in, and for one year.
I redeemed but did not receive anything. What now?
Items usually arrive within 24 hours. If they have not, send your order details and a screenshot to Yalla Pay's Feedback page.
Can I use it in other Yalla apps?
Yalla Pay also serves Yalla, 101 Okey Yalla and Yalla Baloot & Hand, but a Yalla Ludo card is meant for Yalla Ludo. Choose Yalla Ludo on Yalla Pay before you enter the PIN.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
