You need the code from your order email.

- Go to waipu.tv/guthaben.
- Enter the 16-digit code without spaces or special characters and click Weiter.
- Register, or sign in with your existing free waipu.tv account.
- Follow the on-screen steps, then sign in to the waipu.tv app.

- Go to waipu.tv/gutscheinkarte and enter the voucher code.
- Click Weiter zur Registrierung, then register or sign in.
- Enter your payment details and complete the order.
- The package is free for the voucher term, then renews monthly unless you cancel in your account.

Can I add prepaid credit to my current Comfort or Perfect Plus subscription?
No. waipu.tv does not accept prepaid credit on an account with an active paid package. Accounts on the free package can redeem. If you already have prepaid credit, wait until it has run out and the account is back on the free status.
Does the package renew after the prepaid term?
Prepaid credit simply runs out and the account goes back to the free status. waipu.tv Gutschein vouchers are different: they need payment details and renew monthly unless you cancel.
My code is not recognized. What should I check?
Enter all 16 digits without spaces. Make sure it is a prepaid Guthaben code, since those only work at waipu.tv/guthaben. Store cards are activated at the till, so ask the seller if activation failed.
Can I watch waipu.tv outside Germany?
Only temporarily, in the EU countries listed by waipu.tv, and only with Comfort or Perfect Plus. Streaming outside the EU is not possible.
How many devices can I use?
Up to 5 registered devices. Comfort streams on 2 devices at the same time, Perfect Plus on 4.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
