You need the code from your order email.
On the TOD website Browser
- Go to tod.tv/en/plans and select Have a voucher code?
- Enter the code exactly as shown and select Redeem.
- Sign in, or create an account with email, phone number, Apple or Google.
- Add a valid payment method to finish. The plan starts right away and you are not charged while the voucher is active.

Why does TOD ask for a card if the voucher is prepaid?
TOD requires a valid payment method for every voucher so the service can continue after the voucher period. You are not charged while the voucher is active.
Will my TOD plan renew after the voucher period?
Yes. TOD plans renew automatically on the payment method on file. To stop that, go to My Account in the app or Account Settings on the web, open Subscription and select Cancel before the voucher period ends. You keep access until the period ends.
I entered the code but did not finish. Is my voucher used up?
No. The voucher stays unused until you add a payment method and complete activation. You can come back and finish later.
Why is my TOD voucher not working?
Check the code for typos. It may have expired, been used already, or been issued for another country. Turn off any VPN. There is also a limit on how many vouchers one payment method can activate, so try another card if you see that error.
Do I need TOD 4K to watch in 4K?
Yes. 4K needs a TOD 4K plan, a 4K-capable device and a fast enough connection. Look for the 4K label on titles and on the viewing options for a match.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
