- Sign in to your Tango account, or create one.
- Enter the voucher code and confirm.
- The Coins show in your balance on the web and in the app.

Can I use Coins redeemed on the web in the app?
Yes. Tango says Coins bought on the web can be used anywhere, on the website or in the app.
I redeemed a code but do not see the Coins. What should I do?
Check that you were signed in to the right account, then refresh your balance. If they are still missing, contact Tango support from its help center.
What is the difference between Coins and Diamonds?
Viewers use Coins to send gifts. Broadcasters receive Diamonds from gifts and can cash them out.
Can I send Coins to another account?
Coins go to the account you are signed in to when you redeem. Use them on that account by sending gifts.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
