Step by step
You need the code from your order email.
On the web shahid.net/voucher
- Go to shahid.net/voucher in a web browser.
- Enter the voucher code from your order email.
- Sign in with your email and password, or create a Shahid account if you don't have one.
- Choose the VIP package linked to your voucher. Shahid confirms when VIP is active.
Active subscriber Upgrade with a voucher
- Log in to your Shahid account in a mobile browser.
- Go to My Account and tap Available upgrade options.
- Enter the code in the redeem voucher section and tap Pay.
- Approve the upgrade. Days left on your current package are lost and not refunded.

Will my Shahid VIP voucher renew automatically?
Shahid's terms say a voucher gives access without charging your payment method, and the voucher flow does not ask for a card. When the period ends, redeem another voucher or subscribe to keep VIP. Discount coupons are different: they need a payment method and renew at the full price.
Can I use a voucher if I already pay for Shahid by card or through the App Store or Google Play?
Not on top of that plan. Shahid says a VIP plan paid by card, mobile payment, iTunes or Google Play cannot be changed with a voucher code. Cancel that plan, let it run out, then redeem the voucher.
What happens to my remaining days if I upgrade with a voucher?
They are lost. Shahid asks you to approve the upgrade and warns that the days left on your current package are not refunded.
How many screens can I use with VIP?
VIP allows 2 streams at the same time from one location. VIP Mobile allows 1 stream. The Ultimate package allows 4 streams from different locations.
Where can I see when my VIP plan ends?
Log in on the Shahid app or website, open My account settings and select Subscription Management.
