A recharge code for Diamonds in Jackaroo, the board game in the Sawa Play app. You redeem it on Sawa Play's official recharge card page by entering your account ID and the code.
Step by step
You need the code from your order email.
On Sawa Play's recharge page Web
- Go to redeem.jackaroo-giftcode.com. The page opens in Arabic under Sawa Play recharge cards.
- Enter your account ID in the ID field and select Next.
- Enter your recharge code and select Recharge.
- When the page shows that the recharge was successful, the Diamonds are in your account.

Where do I find my account ID?
Open your profile in the Sawa Play app to see your ID. The recharge page also has a 'What is the account ID' link that shows where to look.
Do I need my password to redeem?
No. Only your account ID and the code are needed. Never share your password.
The recharge page is in Arabic. What do the fields mean?
The first field asks for your ID (أدخل الايدي), the next button is Next (التالي), and then you enter the recharge code.
Can I move Diamonds to another account?
No. Diamonds go to the account ID you enter, so check it before you confirm.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
