A 25-character activation code for a prepaid 1-year NordVPN subscription. You activate it on Nord Account to create a new account or add the year to an existing one.
Step by step
You need the code from your order email.
On Nord Account Web
- Go to my.nordaccount.com/activate.
- Type the 25-character key in the Activation code field, enter your email in the Email field, and click Continue.
- Paste the verification code from your email and click Continue.
- Create a password with Create Password, or enter your existing Nord Account password to add the subscription.
After activation App
- Choose whether to turn on auto-renewal, or click Skip this step.
- Download the NordVPN app for your device from the Nord Account dashboard.
- Log in with your Nord Account and connect to a server.
NordVPN questions
How many devices can I use?
NordVPN allows up to 10 devices on one account at the same time. Devices on the same server must use different VPN protocols. A router with NordVPN uses one slot and covers everything connected to it.
Can I add the code to my existing NordVPN subscription?
Yes. NordVPN says activation codes can extend an existing subscription. Enter your existing Nord Account email and password during activation.
I typed the wrong email. What now?
The code is applied to the email you entered right away. Contact NordVPN customer support to fix it.
Will the subscription renew automatically?
Not unless you choose it. After activation, Nord Account offers auto-renewal and you can click Skip this step. Without renewal, you lose access to the servers when the year ends.
I have more than one code. Can I enter them together?
No. Each code must be activated separately; repeat the steps for each one.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
