You need the code from your order email.
Fortnite gift card Web
- Scan the QR code on the card, or go to epicgames.com/redeem.
- Sign in to the Epic Games account you play Fortnite on.
- Enter the PIN from the card and confirm.
- Buy V-Bucks or Crew with Account Balance in Fortnite on PC or mobile, or on the web.
Older V-Bucks card Web
- Go to fortnite.com/vbuckscard and select Get Started, then sign in to your Epic account.
- Enter the PIN from the card with no dashes and select Next.
- Choose the platform where you want the V-Bucks, then select Next.
- Confirm to add the V-Bucks.

Can I redeem a Fortnite gift card on Nintendo Switch?
No. It must be redeemed on the Epic Games website. V-Bucks bought with the balance do not show on Switch, because Nintendo does not support Fortnite Shared Wallet; to use V-Bucks in-game on Switch, buy them in Nintendo eShop.
Will V-Bucks bought with my balance work on PlayStation and Xbox?
Yes, if your console account is linked to your Epic account. PlayStation, Xbox, PC, mobile and cloud gaming share V-Bucks through Fortnite Shared Wallet.
Do old V-Bucks cards still work?
Yes. Epic and Nintendo both say existing V-Bucks cards can still be redeemed at fortnite.com/vbuckscard.
Is this card the same as an Epic Games Store gift card?
Both add money to the same Epic Account Balance. The Fortnite card is Epic's newer design and can also be spent on other games in the Epic Games Store.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
