- Place the order. Pay any difference with another payment method.

- Find a participating store at eros.ae/amlocator.
- Show the eGift card code at the till when you pay.
- Pay any difference with another payment method.

Is this an Eros Now gift card?
No. EROS eGift cards are for EROS, the electronics retailer in the UAE. Eros Now is an unrelated streaming service.
Can I use the card for more than one purchase?
No. It can be used once. Any value left after that purchase is lost, so spend the full amount in one order.
What if my order costs more than the card value?
Pay the rest with another payment method.
Can I cash out or refund the card?
No. The card cannot be exchanged for cash, cancelled, extended or refunded once issued.
How are refunds handled for items bought with the card?
EROS's terms say refunds for products bought with gift cards are issued as an EROS gift voucher or credit note, not cash.
