Step by step
You need the code from your order email.
PC code in the EA app PC
- Launch the EA app and log in to the EA Account you play FC on.
- Open My Library.
- Select Redeem Code and enter the code.
- Start the game; the FC Points or game appear on that account.
PC code on the web Web
- Go to ea.com/redeem and sign in to your EA Account.
- For a PC code, select the Redeem button.
- Type in the code and select Next.
- Open the EA app to download the game or use the points.
Xbox code Console
- Press the Xbox button, select Store, then press the View button and select Redeem.
- Enter the 25-character code and select Next.
- Confirm to add the item to your Microsoft account.
- Start EA SPORTS FC with the same EA Account to see the points.
EA SPORTS FC questions
Can I move FC Points from Xbox to PC or PlayStation?
No. FC Points stay on the platform they were bought for. Transfers to a newer game only work within the same console family.
Will my FC 26 points work in FC 27?
EA SPORTS FC 27 came out on September 25, 2026. For last year's change, EA offered a one-time pop-up on first login to move unused FC 25 points into FC 26 on the same console family. Buy points for the game you actually play.
Are FC Points required to play Ultimate Team?
No. EA says FC Points are optional and not required to play Ultimate Team.
Where do I redeem a PC FC Points code?
In the EA app under My Library > Redeem Code, or on ea.com/redeem with the Redeem button for PC codes.
Do I get a discount with EA Play?
EA Play members get 10% off FC Points bundles bought from EA.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
