In a web browser dazn.com/redeem
- Open dazn.com/redeem in a browser, not in the DAZN app.
- Sign in to your DAZN account for Germany, or create one.
- Enter the code and confirm.
- A banner shows that the code worked and how long it runs.
DAZN questions
Does it work if I already have DAZN?
Yes, if DAZN bills you directly and you pay monthly or pay a yearly plan upfront. It does not work on an annual plan paid in monthly instalments, or if you pay through iTunes or Amazon.
What happens when the code period ends?
DAZN continues the membership as a paid monthly subscription using the payment method you gave. Cancel before the end if you don't want that.
If I cancel early, do I lose the rest of the time?
No. DAZN says you keep access until the gift code period ends, even if you cancel sooner.
Can I redeem it in the DAZN app?
Use a web browser at dazn.com/redeem. On a phone, open the redeem page in the browser rather than the app.
Is it only for new customers?
Some DAZN gift codes are limited to new customers, so check the terms printed with your code.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
