- Go to crunchyroll.com/redeem.
- Log in, or create a Crunchyroll account (members must be 16 or older).
- Enter the code and confirm.
- The membership term is added to your account.

Which tier does the card give?
The card names the tier. Fan is 1 stream at a time. Mega Fan allows up to 4 streams, offline viewing and Crunchyroll Game Vault. Ultimate Fan allows up to 6 streams.
Can I use it in another country?
Crunchyroll says codes only redeem in the country where they were purchased.
Can I combine it with a discount or a trial?
No. The card pays for a full-price standalone membership for its term and cannot be combined with discounts.
I pay through Apple or Google Play. Can I redeem it?
Crunchyroll says to cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google Play before switching to a membership billed by Crunchyroll.
My code does not work. What should I check?
Make sure it was bought for your country. If you tried several times, wait a few hours, because many quick attempts can briefly block redemptions. Then contact Crunchyroll Support.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
