You need the code from your order email.
On the web britbox.com/redeem
- Go to britbox.com/redeem, or click Redeem Your Gift in the e-card email.
- Enter the gift card code and PIN.
- Sign in, or create an account. New, active and returning subscribers all use this page.
- Add a credit card when asked. The gift card balance is used before the card.

Why do I need a credit card to redeem a BritBox gift card?
BritBox needs a payment method on file to set up the account. The card is only charged when the gift card balance no longer covers a renewal.
What happens when the balance runs out?
Renewals are charged to your payment method. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want that. You can keep watching until the paid period ends.
I already subscribe. When is the gift card used?
If you redeem it before your renewal date, it pays that renewal. BritBox suggests redeeming at least 24 hours before. If the renewal already went through, the balance is saved for the next one.
Can I use it if I subscribe through Amazon, Apple, Google or Roku?
No. Cancel with that partner, wait for its billing period to end, then subscribe directly at britbox.com/redeem.
How many gift cards can I add?
Up to two at a time. Add more after the first balance is used up. Cards are not reloadable.
What if the code doesn't work?
Check that your account is set to the right country and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the message.
