How do I create an account?
Create one at checkout, or from the My Account page with your email address and a password.
I forgot my password
On the My Account page select Lost your password?, enter your email address and follow the link we send you. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
How do I change my email address or password?
Sign in and go to My Account › Account details.
Where can I see my past orders and codes?
In My Account › Orders. Open any order number to see its codes.
How do I keep my codes safe?
Treat a code like cash: anyone who has it can redeem it. Never post it or a screenshot of it online. TechHauz support will never ask for your password.
I got a password change email I did not expect
Contact us right away at [email protected] and change your password.
