Tarbi3ah Baloot questions
Where do I find my User ID?
In the app, tap the Profile icon in the lower-left corner. Your User ID is shown there and can be copied.
Do I need to give my password?
No. Sawa Pay only needs your User ID to add Diamonds. Never share your password.
The Sawa Pay page is in Arabic. Can I switch it?
Yes. Use the language and country selector at the top of the page.
Can I move Diamonds to another account?
No. Diamonds are added to the User ID you enter, so check it before you confirm.
How quickly will I get the code?
Most orders are in your account within 10 minutes. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer. The code is also saved in My Account › Orders.
What if the code doesn't work?
First check that you entered the code and your player or account ID exactly as they appear. If it is and the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
