- Enter the email address of your Netflix account.
- When you see the confirmation, select Start Watching. Your next payment comes from the balance.

- Enter an email address, click Continue, then Create Account.
- Choose a plan and click Next, then create a password and click Next.

Does the Netflix code expire?
Netflix's Gift Card and Balance Terms say gift cards and Netflix balance do not expire and are not subject to fees.
Does it work if I already have Netflix?
Yes. Redeem it on your account and your next payments come from the balance. It does not work if you pay through Apple or get Netflix in a partner package. Apple-billed members must cancel, wait for the account to close, then restart with the card.
Can an extra member use a gift card?
No. Gift and promo codes cannot be applied to extra member accounts, which are paid by someone else. Netflix suggests creating a separate account.
Can I use a US card outside the US?
Only if your Netflix bill is in US dollars. The card currency must match your billing currency.
What happens when the balance runs out?
Netflix emails you 7 days before. Add another gift card or a payment method to keep watching; otherwise paid access stops when the balance is used up.
Where can I see my remaining balance?
On the Billing Details or Membership page of your account. The end date shown is an estimate, because plan changes or local taxes change how fast the balance is used.
How quickly will I get the code?
Most orders arrive by email within 10 minutes. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer. The code is also saved in My Account › Orders.
What if the code doesn't work?
First check that your Netflix account is billed in US dollars. If it is and the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
