Get the DAZN plan on the card for the period printed on it.

#### Live and on-demand sport

Stream live events and replays in the DAZN app on TV, phone, tablet or browser.

#### Start without a card

Sign up with the code alone; DAZN emails you before it ends to ask for payment details.

#### Add to a prepaid annual plan

Apply the code to an annual plan paid upfront by PayPal, Klarna, card or SEPA direct debit.

### How to redeem your DAZN code

It takes about a minute. You need the code from your order, in My Account › Orders.

#### In a web browser dazn.com/redeem

- Open dazn.com/redeem in a browser, not in the DAZN app.
- Sign in to your DAZN account for Germany, or create one.
- Enter the code and confirm.
- A banner shows that the code worked and how long it runs.

#### For German DAZN accounts only

This code is for DAZN accounts set to Germany. Cards sold for Germany are meant for DAZN accounts in Germany. DAZN says gift codes only work for customers billed directly by DAZN: if you pay through iTunes (Apple) or Amazon in-app payments, cancel that subscription first, then redeem at dazn.com/redeem. ### DAZN questions

#### Does it work if I already have DAZN?

Yes, if DAZN bills you directly and you pay monthly or pay a yearly plan upfront. It does not work on an annual plan paid in monthly instalments, or if you pay through iTunes or Amazon.

#### What happens when the code period ends?

DAZN continues the membership as a paid monthly subscription using the payment method you gave. Cancel before the end if you don't want that.

#### If I cancel early, do I lose the rest of the time?

No. DAZN says you keep access until the gift code period ends, even if you cancel sooner.

#### Can I redeem it in the DAZN app?

Use a web browser at dazn.com/redeem. On a phone, open the redeem page in the browser rather than the app.

#### Is it only for new customers?

Some DAZN gift codes are limited to new customers, so check the terms printed with your code.

#### How quickly will I get the code?

Most orders are in your account within 10 minutes. If your payment needs a security check, which is more common on a first order, it can take a little longer. The code is also saved in My Account › Orders.

#### What if the code doesn't work?

First check that your DAZN account is set to Germany. If it is and the code still shows an error, contact us with a screenshot of the message and your order number.
